The role involves analyzing architectural plans, performing material take-offs, and obtaining quotes from suppliers while managing projects to ensure they meet time-frames and budgets.

Required

At least 5+ years' experience with either a general contractor or developer in the local area

Bidding a mix of contract types across ALL TRADES including MEP's for a range of interior fit-out and renovation projects in the commercial sector

Understanding of on-screen take-off or similar software

Ability to build on existing sub-contractor relationships in the surrounding NY area

Ideally have an engineering, architecture or construction management degree

Preferred

Experience in a Project Management role prior or in a hybrid position
