Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire opportunity in Ashland, VA. This role involves providing administrative support to the office and business, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
Prepare routine correspondence
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Answer incoming phone calls and transfer when necessary
Provide general administrative support to the office and assist team members when needed
Assist with payroll as needed
Update and maintain records and files
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to pick up on new technology quickly
Ability to multitask
Must possess wonderful organizational skills
Preferred
QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
