Responsibilities

Lead, train, coach, and hold accountable a team of BDC/Internet representatives

Develop strategies to maximize appointment volume, show rates, and conversion

Monitor call quality, response time, follow-up activity, and customer communication standards

Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline management, and consistent process execution

Partner with Sales and Service leadership to improve appointment handling and customer experience

Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the BDC team and track performance

Create scripts, phone strategies, and follow-up schedules to improve results

Review reporting and lead sources to identify opportunities for improvement

Handle escalated customer issues and ensure professional communication at all times

Support marketing and lead generation initiatives by aligning BDC execution with campaigns
