Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share
Recruit, hire, and train sales personnel, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and implement effective strategies for growth
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
Conduct hands-on coaching and educational training for the sales team
Visit all company locations regularly to ensure alignment with sales goals and customer satisfaction
Collaborate across departments to drive company-wide success
Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and logistics to meet sales demand
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
Manage sales contracts and credit applications efficiently and accurately

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven ability to drive revenue by managing high-performing sales teams and optimizing budgeting, KPIs, and overall sales operations
Hands-on experience with compact construction or agricultural equipment, combined with proven sales success
Strong understanding of customer base and equipment applications
Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and presentation software, CDK and CRM experience a plus
Valid CA driver's license and clean DMV record; ability to travel as needed
Honesty, integrity, flexibility, and availability required
