Update and maintain the clients information service management system (ITSM)

Support project coordination and administration activities, including tracking project milestones, providing status, updates and liaising with internal departments

Analyze and document business processes, system requirements, and workflows to support system enhancements and implementations

Assist in the design, testing, customization, and implementation of new systems, upgrades, and application enhancements

Evaluate current and target-state systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection standards, and system access controls
