Candidate & Learner Services Coordinator

CFA Institute is the global leader in investment excellence and ethics. They are seeking a Candidate & Learner Services Coordinator to support learners and improve educational experiences by managing learner interactions and coordinating educational product delivery.

Financial Services

Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of contact for learners and candidates across CFA Institute’s education portfolio
Coordinate and manage learner experiences within the learning platform, including responding to queries and monitoring engagement
Support the delivery of educational products by compiling learner data, generating reports, and sharing insights with internal stakeholders
Collaborate with content and technology teams to troubleshoot issues and improve course quality
Develop and maintain internal training and reference materials to support team operations and onboarding
Participate in beta testing and live course sessions to ensure smooth delivery and learner satisfaction
Stay up to date with Canvas/Instructure features to enhance learner support capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, diplomatic approach
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines
Experience in a client-centered environment with a high attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (especially MS Teams); experience with webinar platforms, SharePoint, or Salesforce is a plus
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus

Preferred

Experience with learning platforms (Canvas preferred) is advantageous but not required
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to ask questions, solve problems, and suggest improvements
Experience in a multinational or finance-related environment is beneficial
