Sales & Business Operations Manager

Title Resources Group (TRG) is one of the nation’s largest title insurance underwriters, delivering trusted solutions to protect property ownership rights across America. The Sales Operations Manager will drive sales performance through data-driven insights, optimize pipeline management, and support conversion and penetration goals.

Real Estate

Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytics tools to support decision-making
Oversee CRM system administration and ensure data integrity
Monitor and optimize pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion rates
Collaborate with sales leadership to set and track penetration and conversion goals
Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency
Aggregate and synthesize data from internal and external sources (e.g., CRM, market intelligence, industry benchmarks) to enable informed decision-making
Deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership for strategic planning and operational improvements
Build and manage a small team of analysts over time, including:
CRM Analyst focused on system optimization and data quality
Sales Analytics Analyst focused on reporting and performance insights

Qualification

Sales OperationsCRM platformsPower BIBusiness OperationsStakeholder managementCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field; MBA a plus
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles
Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management
Advanced skills in Power BI and other reporting/visualization tools
Proven track record of supporting sales organizations to achieve growth targets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience with sales forecasting models and territory planning
Familiarity with data governance and process improvement methodologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
