Responsibilities
Contribute to new lab setup, including routine and non-routine tasks beyond the original job scope
Integrate automation into pharmaceutical workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance
Participate in computer system validation for automated liquid handlers, plate readers, Luminex, and PCR systems
Operate and maintain advanced robotic systems (e.g., Tecan, Hamilton, Biomek) and related instruments
Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and verification of automated platforms, including daily startup/shutdown
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
Document all activities in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN) and LIMS for full traceability
Cross-train to support other functions such as Sample Management, Ligand-Binding Assays, PCR Assays, and Compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field with at least 1–2 years of experience
Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical laboratories
At least 1 year operating and troubleshooting automated liquid handlers (Tecan, Hamilton, Biomek)
Familiarity with PCR-based assays
Authorization to work in the country without restriction or sponsorship
Ability to work safely with potentially infectious samples and hazardous chemicals
Preferred
Experience in GLP/GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environments
Familiarity with LIMS and other laboratory informatics tools
Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle and instrument validation
Experience with ligand-binding assays and bioanalytical workflows
