Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absence
Design and maintain HR structures, security, workflows, and integrations
Support compensation cycles, workforce planning, and payroll integrations
Develop dashboards and reports to deliver actionable HR insights
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operations
Ensure data integrity, system performance, security, and regulatory compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
4–5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance
Experience with integrations, data migration, reporting, SQL, and HDL
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Oracle HCM Cloud certification
Experience with Oracle Integration Services, Oracle Analytics, or HR-AI platforms
Professional services or law firm experience
