Employee Benefits Manager – Association of Washington Cities Employee Benefit Trust (WA)
AGRiP is seeking a collaborative and service-oriented Employee Benefits Manager to lead the operations of the AWC Employee Benefit Trust. The role involves overseeing benefit operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance while providing exceptional support to member cities and towns.

Oversees the Trust’s benefit operations
Supervises a team of four staff
Works closely with the Trust’s administrative vendors, member employers, employees, retirees, and service providers
Manages strategic plan implementation
Leads vendor relationships
Guides staff providing technical assistance on benefit eligibility and enrollment
Supports compliance with HIPAA privacy and security rules
Prepares materials for governance groups
Collaborates closely with internal partners across the organization
Provides staffing support for various events
Qualification
Required
Experience in employee benefits management
Strong leadership skills
Ability to improve processes

Experience supervising a team
