This is a generalist role offering broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle and multiple sectors, working closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams.

Responsibilities

The Associate will support senior team members across all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, execution, and ongoing portfolio management
Screening, evaluating, and analyzing potential investment opportunities to form independent investment views
Taking primary responsibility for financial modeling, including valuation and sensitivity analysis, to assess risk and return drivers
Supporting and coordinating due diligence efforts, including engagement with third-party advisors
Assisting in the preparation of investment memoranda and presenting recommendations to the Investment Committee
Working closely with portfolio companies by providing ongoing financial analysis, performance monitoring, and strategic support
Conducting market, industry, and company research to identify investment themes and new opportunities
Representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and management meetings
Maintaining and updating the firm’s proprietary deal pipeline and investment database
Supporting other activities related to executing the fund’s investment strategy

Required

2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related investing role
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including valuation and deal structuring
Proven transaction experience across M&A or private equity deals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality investment materials
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, collaborative team environment
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
