Responsibilities
Program Manager will build & maintain a program newsletter to increase awareness and engagement
Serve as a liaison between the PCI PMO and teams building reporting/tracking tools
Maintain team Confluence and collaboration spaces; Coordinate updates to process docs
Track recurring activities & milestones; Ensure tasks meet standards, timelines, and objectives
As a Program Manager, you will drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration with vendors & internal stakeholders
Create executive-ready docs & presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related)
3-5 years of project/program management experience (PM II level)
2+ years in information security domains, IT/IS compliance, or technology risk
Strong communication, stakeholder management, follow-through, and a growth mindset
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred
Digital publishing and industry certifications are a plus
