Implementation Manager
Ikuto is a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS company operating in the martech / GTM technology space, and they are seeking an Implementation Manager. This hands-on, post-sales role focuses on onboarding customers, leading technical implementations, and ensuring users reach value quickly.
Responsibilities
Owning multiple concurrent implementations from kickoff through to successful go-live
Leading onboarding calls, technical walkthroughs and configuration sessions
Advising customers on best-practice use of the platform in a real-world marketing context
Working closely with Product and Engineering to surface issues, feedback and opportunities
Acting as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in implementation, onboarding, solutions consulting or technical customer success
Strong hands-on experience with B2B SaaS platforms, ideally in martech, salestech or RevTech
Comfortable configuring workflows, integrations and tools (no coding required)
Confident working with marketing, growth or RevOps stakeholders
Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
Someone pragmatic, organised, and comfortable owning outcomes
Preferred
Background in martech, marketing operations or GTM platforms
Exposure to early-stage or high-growth SaaS businesses
Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers
