Responsibilities
Design and architect robust embedded software systems for high-performance sensor platforms
Lead development across Rust and C/C++ for firmware, drivers, and system-level software
Oversee bring-up of embedded SoCs and firmware for advanced sensors
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing embedded engineering team
Partner cross-functionally with hardware, systems, and software teams to ensure technical alignment
Manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables while fostering a culture of engineering excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in C/C++, with hands-on Rust experience in production or advanced development, and with working knowledge of Python
Deep experience with Linux-based embedded systems
Rust experience with production-shipped code
Functional safety experience aligned with ISO 26262
Proven expertise in SoC bring-up, low-level software, and real-time systems
Demonstrated success in technical team leadership and cross-functional project management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
