Sr Project Manager - HRIS - Talent Acquisition
Staffing Technologies is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to support their Talent Acquisition Operations organization. This role involves leading enterprise Talent Acquisition system initiatives, focusing on HRIS and Recruiting platform implementations, and managing multiple project tracks while engaging senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage HRIS projects focused on Talent Acquisition and Recruiting systems from planning through execution and adoption
Drive initiatives across process optimization, technology implementation, onboarding, communications, change management, and reporting/insights
Manage multiple project tracks simultaneously, ensuring scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks remain on track
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to transition manual recruiting processes into automated HRIS solutions
Facilitate steering committees and executive updates, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making
Translate Talent Acquisition and HR business needs into practical system-enabled solutions (without being hands-on technical)
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and operational visibility through HRIS enablement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an HRIS Project Manager or Project/Program Manager supporting Talent Acquisition or HR Operations
Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms, particularly Recruiting/Talent Acquisition systems
Demonstrated success leading organizations from manual processes to automated HR systems
Strong ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Experience managing senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and governance forums
Excellent communication, organizational, and change management skills
