As a Stormwater Staff Engineer, you will maintain civil engineering client relationships by assisting in the design and implementation of stormwater products, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications.

Responsibilities

Present project-specific solutions to civil engineering clients, providing quality design calculations, basic layouts and drawings, and expert advice to seamlessly integrate our products into site plans

Address inquiries from civil engineer clients and provide feedback and design assistance through plan reviews and interpretations

Offer guidance on local stormwater regulations

Manage and track projects in the design phase, ensure all project data is current and communicated to team members

Be prepared to assist with projects at all stages when necessary

Collaborate directly with specifying civil engineers to develop secure product specifications

Communicate effectively with both field and internal teams to meet stormwater quality, quantity, low-impact development, and runoff reduction objectives, as well as stormwater drainage and system layout requirements

Coordinate with Regulatory Services to identify opportunities in new markets, enhance our presence in existing markets, and drive the highest specification for water quality supported by the region
