Responsibilities
Write, edit, and submit highly competitive grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and required supplementary materials with meticulous attention to detail
Conduct thorough research to identify private, corporate, and public grant opportunities that strategically align with our business goals and technology development
Develop compelling case statements and narratives that clearly articulate the need, project objectives, methodology, and anticipated impact of our initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data, project plans, budgets, and technical documentation for inclusion in proposals
Manage a calendar of grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and submission tracking to ensure timely and accurate execution
Maintain accurate records in a database and generate progress reports on proposal outcomes
Assist in developing standardized templates, boilerplate language, and supporting documentation for common grant application components
Qualification
Required
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft clear, persuasive, and grammatically correct narratives
Strong research and analytical skills; the ability to rapidly process complex information and synthesize it for diverse audiences
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly concerning deadlines and multifaceted documentation
A proactive, highly organized individual with a strong desire to contribute strategically to a growing company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience using online research databases
Proven ability to work independently and produce high-quality, professional work under minimal supervision
