Regional Sales Manager

Sinoboom North America is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales team in the Texas market. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while motivating a sales team.

Responsibilities

Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with decision makers
Thoroughly understand the clients business objectives, challenges, and market dynamics to tailor solutions accordingly
Develop comprehensive account plans outlining strategies to expand business within existing and new clients, including identifying potential upselling and cross selling opportunities
Anticipate client needs and proactively present customized solutions that address their pain points and align with their business goals
Lead contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
Monitor client satisfaction levels, address concerns promptly, and actively manage any potential issues
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client requirements
Track key performances indicators(KPIs) related to client accounts, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and identify areas for improvement

Required

Proven sales experience with a track record of success in managing customer's equipment portfolio. Must have Manufacturing/Equipment industry experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and opportunities
Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective account plans
Negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with clients
In – depth knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape
Proficiency in Salesforce
Up to 75% travel

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Position can work remotely
Reports to Director of Sales
