Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for TaxOne / MasterSAF DFE
Resolve user issues raised via ServiceNow tickets within defined SLAs
Support integration issues between Tax systems and ERP (SAP)
Perform ABAP-level analysis for issue resolution (Z programs, Z tables – good to have)
Collaborate with ERP and integration teams (inbound/outbound)
Participate in status calls, reports, and transition activities
Follow defined support processes and documentation
Provide occasional after-hours support for critical issues (rare)

Required

Portuguese (Native level)
OneSource Tax One (Tax system) – hands-on experience
Production Support / Ticket Handling
ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
SAP ABAP (support-level debugging/customization)
Business English (verbal & written)

Preferred

Experience with MasterSAF DFE
SAP Brazil Localization exposure
Experience with eComex / Comex Recof
Basic knowledge of GIT
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (support context)
Prior experience in Tax Tech / ERP Integration support
