Responsibilities
Leading a team of business product owners, driving high team performance, including staff development
Collaborating with engineering to modernize and scale our platform, improving operational efficiency
Managing roadmaps and prioritization designed to deliver maximum business and customer value
Fostering strong collaboration across product management, engineering, design, marketing, regions, client management, customer support, and other departments to ensure alignment
Building and delivering effective communications to senior management and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
MBA and 10+ years of B2B product management experience in financial services
Proven success in product development and technology delivery for B2B payment products and solutions
Expertise in Accounts Payables / Accounts Receivable and end-to-end buyer/supplier payment product development
Track record of creating and delivering new product capabilities from concept to market leadership
Skilled in product vision development, roadmap management, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with experience building executive-level presentations to influence stakeholders
Proficient in data-driven decision making using qualitative and quantitative analysis
Experienced leader of cross-functional teams within a matrix organization
Technically adept, able to understand and communicate complex technical concepts, facilitate discussions, and collaborate with technology teams (tools such as Jira)
Exemplary commitment to Visa's Leadership Principles and strong reputation as a people leader who cultivates community
Self-motivated and highly comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, iterative and continuous change, with maturity to influence across organizations and drive efficiencies
Mindset to fully understand and quickly overcome commercial, technical, industry, and internal challenges to succeed
Natural collaborator with excellent communication skills and executive presence to build strong relationships across functions, navigating a complex matrix organization
Ability to constructively challenge the status quo, aim higher, and act as an agent of change
Comfortable working in a global role with global hours, coordinating with business and technology partners in US, India, and Poland
Travel as required
Experience in AI product development desired
Familiarity with card, ACH, and other financial/payment rails desired
