Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional teams on new product development and R&D activities
Review requirements, specifications, and standards as design inputs to prepare electrical circuit schematics for power converters, filters, and logic circuits
Design transformers and inductors
Design DC/DC power supplies
Complete printed wiring board placements and routing
Select parts per requirements, working from a wide variety of electro-mechanical component experience
Prepare engineering analyses like electrical stress/ derating analysis, worst case parts tolerance analysis, failure mode effects and criticality analysis
Write and check test procedures. Design and build test sets. Provide training to testers during transition from design to production phase
Assist in developing production assembly instructions, processes, and fixtures
Provide technical support to customers and internal production teams
Maintain a detailed record of progress for each project
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (US Person) status
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Design or equivalent experience
10 years of related experience
Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and as a team member
