Help Desk Analyst
IDR, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join one of their top clients in Atlanta, GA, providing essential technical support to a Georgia court system. This role involves delivering Tier 1 onsite technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining professionalism in a court environment.

Responsibilities
Deliver Tier 1 onsite technical support, addressing the technology needs of court staff and judges
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and Microsoft Office 365
Respond promptly and professionally to user requests and incidents, maintaining a high level of professionalism suitable for a court setting
Document issues, resolutions, and identify recurring trends to improve support processes
Engage in light project-based work as needed, once core support is stabilized
Qualification
Required
Over 3 years of experience in Help Desk or Desktop Support roles
Proficient in supporting Office 365 environments and user-facing support roles
Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical users
Professional demeanor and reliability, crucial for a court environment
Ability to work independently in a small IT support setting
