Responsibilities
Follow up on leads provided by the agency, provide quotes, and close sales
Advise new and existing customers on insurance products — including commercial policies
Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and renewals for commercial lines
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and carrier systems
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across both commercial and residential segments
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and digital communications
Ensure all activities comply with Florida insurance regulations and carrier requirements
Qualification
Required
Valid Florida 2-20 General Lines or 20-44 license
Demonstrated experience in commercial insurance
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet, phone, and disciplined scheduling
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese — preferred but not required
