Responsibilities
Define and lead product development strategies for assigned categories
Own category performance by analyzing sales trends, identifying gaps, and recommending new product opportunities
Conduct competitive analysis to maintain market leadership and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate consumer insights and critical features into next-generation products
Partner with quality and testing teams to establish and manage performance standards
Act as the product expert for internal stakeholders, providing guidance and insights
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product development, marketing, or related fields (consumer goods preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels
Proven project management expertise and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
