Responsibilities
To research, analyze, and document the history with an emphasis on Athletics, Academics, Alumni, etc
Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Organizing and collecting data in regards to academics, athletics, and alumni
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in a professional and friendly manner
Organizing photos, data, and collecting memorabilia
Writing narratives of events
Keeping records of activities
Coordinating with other teams like coaches, the yearbook and newspaper
Publicizing events and informing the student body
Investigate historical records, news articles, and document sports history
Work on documentaries, websites, or other media to share sports history
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve goals
Perform other duties that may be assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office equipment and machines to include computer office application programs
Basic knowledge of inventory management
Preferred
Previous experience in data entry and graphic design- preferred
