Responsibilities
Monitor stock levels and track inventory movements
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy
Plan and schedule deliveries, track shipments
Identify any defects or deviations from quality standards and initiate corrective actions
Conduct regular quality inspections and tests
Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and proper handling of goods
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
Other duties within the scope of the position may be assigned from time to time
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Database Management software and Microsoft Office
Forklift License is preferred, if not active, must be willing to obtain
Open to international travel
Familiarity with quality control processes, tools, and techniques
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues
Frequently lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
Collaborative and organized
Preferred
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
