Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure programs supporting factory build-outs and enterprise needs
Define program charters, scope, milestones, budgets, timelines, and success metrics
Develop detailed execution plans aligned with manufacturing schedules and deployment windows
Ensure manufacturing and business requirements are accurately captured and implemented
Manage program risks, dependencies, testing, and commissioning to ensure zero impact to business continuity
Partner closely with General Contractors, Facilities, and Design teams during construction and expansion of manufacturing buildings and data centers
Review and interpret telecom, AV, structured cabling, and construction drawings for office and industrial environments
Ensure adherence to Division 27 standards, AV standards, and low-voltage design best practices
Lead large-scale enterprise infrastructure implementations, including: Factory LAN/WLAN and multi-site network connectivity, DHCP, DNS, and enterprise networking services, Data centers, NAS, backup, disaster recovery, and server refreshes, Active Directory and server OS upgrades
Drive integration between plant floor systems (OT) and enterprise IT
Oversee server patching and infrastructure upgrades in controlled manufacturing environments
Provide leadership on cloud computing strategies, migrations, and deployments
Support hybrid infrastructure environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP
Facilitate planning and design sessions with: Manufacturing Engineers, Network Engineers, SRE / DevOps teams, Facilities Designers, Low-Voltage / AEOR Designers
Communicate clearly across all levels, translating complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure programs in manufacturing or industrial environments
Proven experience partnering with General Contractors and Facilities during manufacturing construction or data center build-outs
Strong knowledge of Structured cabling & Division 27 standards
Strong knowledge of AV systems and telecom construction drawings
Demonstrated experience leading Enterprise network solutions (Factory LAN/WLAN, multi-site connectivity)
Demonstrated experience leading Server, storage, backup, and disaster recovery environments
Deep understanding of cloud computing principles with hands-on deployment experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience using Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Workspace for program management
