Qualification

Required

20+ years of experience in IT delivery, with a proven record of leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
10+ years of experience managing delivery across multiple teams in a Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role
Strong experience managing COTS and SaaS vendors, including integration, delivery governance, and performance management
SAFe trained and/or certified (RTE, SPC, or equivalent), with hands-on experience leading Agile Release Trains
Experience in the life sciences industry, with exposure to CMC or other scientific and regulated workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive audiences
Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and reliability engineering in SaaS and COTS environments
SPC certification or multiple SAFe certifications, with a demonstrated ability to coach agile teams and leaders
Strong command of agile delivery metrics (e.g., predictability, flow, lead time, throughput) and tooling such as Jira or Azure DevOps
