Responsibilities
Own day-to-day staffing coordination across internal teams
Monitor bandwidth and utilization, proactively identifying gaps or conflicts
Support resourcing for new scopes, large initiatives, and priority projects
Partner with Account Management to validate feasibility during timeline and scope planning
Participate in weekly resourcing and delivery check-ins
Maintain visibility into upcoming project needs and resourcing risks
Provide light mentorship and guidance to junior delivery or operations team members
Support adherence to existing tools, workflows, and delivery systems
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in delivery, resourcing, or operations within a creative or agency environment
Experience coordinating staffing plans and working alongside freelance or vendor partners
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize quickly
Familiarity with delivery and resourcing tools (e.g., Asana, Float, Smartsheet, Workamajig, Google Drive)
