Responsibilities

Serve as the overall GenAI Lead for the client account

Manage the program work with the client and define the product vision

Translate high-level mission goals into a concrete technical roadmap

Prioritize features and decide when to release product capabilities

Manage the backlog to balance technical debt with innovation

Define track KPIs for platform health, including monthly active users, speed to insight, compute efficiency, cost reduction, etc

Manage onboarding and growth of the platform, ensuring data, analytics, and governance requirements are met

Develop responsible AI Guidance and workforce training

Establish cloud environments and develop models for prototyping and production implementation

Drive the delivery of similar efforts in support of groups

Inform clients of data and analytics applications, scope, define, and sell projects to meet client demands

Grow the portfolio of delivery-oriented GenAI projects on the account

Required

7+ years of professional experience collaborating with stakeholders on business opportunities and defining AI project goals

In-depth knowledge of developing and tracking KPIs for platform health, efficiency, cost reduction, etc

Experience developing and implementing generative AI solutions and techniques
