Responsibilities
Lead the centralized Life Sciences Professional Services PMO overseeing onboarding, implementation, and deployment
Ensure services are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations
Serve as an executive point of escalation for complex client engagements
Act as a strategic sponsor for key Life Sciences accounts liaising with customer executives
Drive consistent delivery quality and measurable outcomes across various Life Sciences sectors
Define and enforce modern governance and execution standards that align with SaaS best practices
Lead the transformation of service delivery models to enhance scalability and reduce cycle times
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
15+ years of experience in Professional Services delivery and PMO functions in enterprise SaaS or tech services
Proven record of transforming services delivery models while ensuring rigorous execution
Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of Professional Services economics
Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior stakeholders
Ability to travel (10-20%)
Preferred
MBA preferred
Experience with Life Sciences customers in regulated environments strongly preferred
Familiarity with AI and automation to enhance delivery efficiency
