The consultant will provide daily production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements for Purchasing, AP, Inventory, and Costing modules while analyzing process gaps and implementing solutions to improve system efficiency.

Provide production support and troubleshooting for day-to-day functional and integration issues
Manage system setups and maintain business process knowledge for supply chain modules
Analyze business requirements to provide functional solutions and implementation for system enhancements
Identify process and system gaps and suggest proactive improvements
Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support
Support high-priority issues with quick analytical resolution skills
Qualification
Required
Oracle EBS R12 Functional (SCM & Inventory): 8-10 years
Supply Chain Module Setup & Process Knowledge: 8+ years
Production Support & Troubleshooting (Purchasing/AP/Costing): 8+ years
Oracle EBS R12 Functional Expertise: 8-10 years of experience specifically in Supply Chain and Inventory
Module Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Costing, and Order Management
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to perform gap analysis and system troubleshooting
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for collaboration with large project teams
Preferred
Exposure to Accounts Receivables modules (for future project requirements)
