Responsibilities

Lead and develop IT and OT teams supporting manufacturing operations
Own ERP, MES, and business-critical applications used across the plant and enterprise
Drive modernization efforts, including system integration, automation, and data visibility
Partner closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to align technology with business goals
Establish governance, security, and compliance standards across IT and OT environments
Guide vendors and internal teams through system upgrades, replacements, and new implementations
Support Industry 4.0 initiatives, including digital thread, data-driven decision-making, and advanced technologies
Balance strategic planning with hands-on involvement where needed

Required

4+ years of experience managing technical teams with direct reports in manufacturing environment
Manufacturing experience is required (plant, industrial, or operations-driven environments) - please note the Manufacturing experience needs to be current
ERP experience is required (JD Edwards preferred)
Strong understanding of how IT and OT systems support production, quality, and operational efficiency
Experience across infrastructure, applications, security, and cloud-based environments
Familiarity with modern manufacturing concepts such as Industry 4.0, MES, system integration, and automation
A leadership style that is collaborative, practical, and business-focused
Experience working in either Small or Medium Sized Companies
