Responsibilities
Process accounts payable, credit card transactions, and maintain vendor records
Support inventory tracking, cost updates, and sales tax compliance
Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end close
Maintain organized financial records and support ad hoc projects
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to team efficiency
Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to support a growing, entrepreneurial business
Qualification
Required
2+ years accounting experience
Detail-oriented accounting professional
Knowledge of inventory accounting, cost tracking, and sales tax
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Proactive and adaptable
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
