Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs, conducting thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Partner with IT, BI development, and Automation/ Analytics team members to define requirements and ensure a seamless integration of processes with business workflows

Coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce desired results

Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends relevant to business analysis

Required

2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related field

Must be experienced in communicating ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

1+ years of project management experience, successfully managing projects that impact multiple teams, departments and/or functions

1+ years of experience documenting complex business process flows for optimization

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required

Preferred

Experience in healthcare industry, including health insurance, PBM or pharmacy services

Prior experience working in agile environment and with Agile Project Management tools (Atlassian/Jira/Confluence or like)

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business processes and experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Thinking and Six Sigma

Experience with project management tools such as QuickBase, Smartsheet, Jira

Ability to work efficiently under potentially ambiguous circumstances

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
