Responsibilities
Lead with Authority: Manage complex commercial projects ($1M–$5M+) from client pitch to final punch list
Innovate Real-Time: Utilize AI-assisted workflows to reduce "churn" in the schematic phase and accelerate the production of construction documents
Bridge the Gap: Act as the translation layer between high-level client vision and technical execution, ensuring no detail is lost in the speed of delivery
Qualification
Required
8+ years in Commercial/Workplace design
Experience managing complex commercial projects ($1M–$5M+) from client pitch to final punch list
Beyond 'proficient' in Revit
Actively using or experimenting with AI tools (Midjourney, Hypar, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to optimize workflow
Ability to leverage technology to streamline workflow, ensuring that every creative concept is backed by a practical, executable plan
