Sectech Solutions is seeking a technically skilled and security-focused IAM Engineer to support and evolve their insurance client's enterprise identity and access management capabilities. The role involves implementing and maintaining secure IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments, working closely with the IAM Lead and security team.

Responsibilities

Support and enhancements to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
Contribute to the design and operation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems
Manage certificate lifecycle and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) components
Support Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including B2B and B2C identity models
Assist in the rollout and support of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and passwordless authentication strategies
Participate in Active Directory (AD) cleanup and modernization efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure access provisioning and deprovisioning
Support compliance and audit readiness through documentation and controls implementation
Provide operational support and enhancements for IAM tools and workflows

Required

3–5+ years of experience in IAM engineering or related security roles
Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, and PAM tools
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, authentication protocols, and certificate management
Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST or CIS
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience

Preferred

Experience with passwordless authentication (e.g., TPM, FIDO2, biometrics)
Familiarity with machine identity management and automation
Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar) are a plus
