Responsibilities
Conduct structured interviews and workshops with business, legal, procurement, and IT stakeholders to gather pain points, workflows, and desired outcomes
Analyze and benchmark the client’s current CLM system (Oracle CLM) against leading platforms such as Icertis, Conga, SirionLabs, Agiloft, or Ironclad
Develop a current-state assessment highlighting gaps, inefficiencies, and technical constraints
Recommend a future-state CLM vision, including AI/LLM/agentic automation opportunities
Collaborate with BayRock’s technical architects and data scientists to shape integration strategies for LLM-based features like clause extraction, smart redlining, obligation tracking, and negotiation bots
Support the creation of a buy vs. build analysis and vendor evaluation framework
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Solutions Consultant in the CLM or LegalTech space
Deep knowledge of contract workflows, clause libraries, metadata tagging, obligation management, and approval processes
Experience working with or at leading CLM vendors such as Icertis, Conga, SirionLabs, Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPodAI, etc
Strong analytical skills and experience with process mapping and requirements documentation
Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders
Preferred
Familiarity with Generative AI use cases in legal automation is a major plus
Prior consulting experience or working on IT transformation initiatives is a bonus
