Responsibilities
Maintain effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stock
Work three to four shifts per week, each shift being about four to five hours
Be required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, especially during peak holiday seasons
Support customer experience, store presentation, and sales floor operations
Assist in stockroom management
Communicate effectively with team members
Contribute to asset protection and shrink efforts
Adhere to policies and procedures
Participate in training and development initiatives
