Design, install, and integrate automation solutions for plant machinery and equipment
Lead equipment modifications and enhancements to improve performance and compatibility
Develop business case documentation to support automation initiatives
Coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines
Implement process improvements focused on safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity
Apply structured problem-solving tools such as A3, KT, and DMAIC (Six Sigma)
Collaborate with plant operations to monitor project progress and identify future opportunities
Analyze trends and present reports to support data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
Automation Design Engineer, Pick & Place, Conveyor Design, Bowl Feeder
Design, install, and integrate automation solutions for plant machinery and equipment
Lead equipment modifications and enhancements to improve performance and compatibility
Develop business case documentation to support automation initiatives
Coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines
Implement process improvements focused on safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity
Apply structured problem-solving tools such as A3, KT, and DMAIC (Six Sigma)
Collaborate with plant operations to monitor project progress and identify future opportunities
Analyze trends and present reports to support data-driven decision-making
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Excel, and Minitab
Experience with robotics programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
