Integrated Financial Staffing is a fast-growing Orlando-based company seeking a driven, hands-on Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations. The role involves managing cost and inventory accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and partnering with senior leadership to improve processes and support strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
Oversee cost accounting processes including standard cost updates, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
Implement and maintain batch cost accounting or equivalent systems to accurately track production costs
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures
Partner with operations and production leaders to understand cost drivers and identify process improvements
Supervise accounting staff and promote best practices across the department
Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Prepare and present timely financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and regulatory reporting
Manage cash flow and develop strategies for effective cash management
Conduct budgeting and forecasting to support strategic financial planning
Perform technical accounting tasks related to financial concepts and double-entry bookkeeping
Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar
Conduct thorough account reconciliation and analysis to maintain accurate financial records
Collaborate with external auditors during audits to ensure compliance with all regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 7 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Preferred
CPA or CMA
Experience with batch or process cost accounting
