Responsibilities
Working alongside current Head of Growth in facilitating, evaluating and closing strategic partnerships across DeFi, Stablecoin Issuers, Crypto + Fintech providers
Increasing visibility of the product and services provided by the org by orchestrating partnerships with top L1s, L2s, exchanges + other relevant orgs
Manage cold and warm outreach, relationship management and ecosystem expansion
Qualification
Required
Experienced with full partnerships/ecosystem deal lifecycle, closing-heavy
Results-driven attitude, proven track record of scaling and facilitating partnerships within DeFi, CeFi or Fintech ecosystems
In-depth understanding of the Crypto space + associated relevant projects (DeFi background preferred)
Preferred
Based in New York, Miami or London
Direct experience from a Top 50 by TVL DeFi Protocol (ETH or Solana)
Direct experience from a top European or American Fintech org (Revolut, Stripe, Block etc)
