Responsibilities
Prepare draft pleadings, discovery responses, outgoing discovery, and other legal documents
Maintain and manage all case deadlines, court dates, and hearings
Utilize firm checklists and workflow tools to track cases from pre-litigation through trial
Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and support their case progress
Assist attorneys with preparation for depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial
Participate directly in trial preparation and attend trials alongside the legal team
Qualification
Required
Prior litigation experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and workflows
