Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO and President, managing complex calendars, scheduling, and priorities
Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate meetings, travel, itineraries, and logistics with meticulous attention to detail
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure meetings are efficient and productive
Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and streamline executive workflows
Assist with special projects, company initiatives, and ad-hoc executive requests
Help maintain organizational systems that keep leadership focused and aligned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a high-growth or corporate environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, project management platforms)
High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
