Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating, conducting, reviewing and/or documenting efforts involving financial close processes, analysis, ad hoc requests, research and special projects

Coordinates, conducts reviews and/or documents and efforts involving financial close processes, analysis, GAAP reporting requirements, ad hoc requests, research and special projects

Support the development of financial models and project-specific research for acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management decisions

Support the maintenance and strengthening of internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance, while assisting with drafting accounting memorandums and internal control processes

Lead the audit process, serving as a primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring timely completion of all audit requests and maintaining comprehensive, accurate records and documentation to support compliance and financial reporting

Identify and contribute to process improvements within the accounting and financial reporting functions, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline, automate, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes

Able to manage multiple, often competing priorities
