City of North Myrtle Beach is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their Aquatic Center. The role involves performing various tasks at the front desk, including managing front desk operations, handling financial transactions, and assisting members and guests efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks at busy front desk area
Front desk operations
Point of sales
Computer registration and financial transactions
Assist with servicing members and guests in an efficient and courteous manner with regard to registration for programs and Pickleball membership sales
Facility usage
Answering the telephone
Facility set-up and clean-up as needed
Assist with special events and programs as needed
Work approximately 15-22 hours per week
Must be able to work mornings, evenings and weekend shifts

Required

High school graduate
Ability to learn and utilize new skills in computer software
Experience in Microsoft Office
Must be able to work mornings, evenings and weekend shifts
Ability to exert up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for periods of time
