Responsibilities

Own program‑level BIOS / firmware deliverables from emulation to end‑of‑life, ensuring on‑time commitments across multiple teams
Build, maintain, and execute detailed program plans, managing dependencies across design, platform, validation, QA, customer and firmware teams
Act as the primary contact for firmware deliverables and issue status for internal stakeholders
Drive disciplined processes around firmware release sampling, silicon sampling, tracking, and reporting
Identify program risks, build mitigation plans, and keep leadership informed on readiness, status, and key blockers

Required

Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with excellent organization skills
Experience managing system, silicon, or hardware/firmware programs (even if limited, internships or 1–3 years is fine if exposure is relevant)
Ability to juggle multiple work streams, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
Solid skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI, AI tools, Confluence, SharePoint is a plus
Great communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams
Bachelor's (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred

Exposure to device drivers, firmware, graphics technology, or SoC product development
Experience in data center system design, OEM/ODM, or technology provider environments
PMP certification, BIOS/UEFI knowledge
