Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and retention
Track and exceed performance goals for quotes, new business, and retention
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a supportive yet autonomous environment
Coachable, eager to learn, and driven to grow in a fast-paced setting
Analytical mindset for understanding coverage options and underwriting details
