Responsibilities

Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)

Develop Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)

Perform calculations (heat loss, pressure drop, etc.)

Develop mass and energy balances

Perform process system timing analysis

Prepare utility consumption estimates

Size and specify process equipment

Prepare equipment Request for Quotations (RFQs)

Develop detailed process equipment schematics and assembly drawings

Prepare process system installation scope of work documents

Participate in process control system software development

Qualification

Chemical EngineeringAutoCADProcess Flow DiagramsProcess & Instrumentation DiagramsFoodBeverage Industry Experience

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering

Minimum Five years' related experience

Experience within the food, beverage, dairy or pharmaceutical industries

AutoCAD drawing experience
