Business Development Representative
Helix Traffic Solutions is a traffic control and work zone management group seeking Business Development Representatives to support their growth strategy. This role focuses on net-new business acquisition through high-volume outbound prospecting and is measured by activity and opportunity creation.
Responsibilities
Build a net-new book of business through cold calling, outbound email, and lead hunting
Prospect into new accounts; no existing book is provided
Research and identify decision-makers
Qualify opportunities and hand off to closers
Maintain high outbound activity levels
Track all activity in the CRM
Collaborate with sales leadership
Learn products and customer use cases
Meet or exceed activity and opportunity targets
Qualification
Required
2+ years outbound sales experience
Proven cold calling and prospecting background
CRM experience (NetSuite preferred)
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable in performance-driven environments
Preferred
NetSuite experience
High-volume outbound sales background
Clear progression toward closing roles
